Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

LN OMS ("the App") is a listing and order management tool operated by LuxeClaw for handmade product studio owners who sell on online marketplaces. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect data.

2. What Data We Access

LN OMS may access the following data through third-party marketplace APIs (with your explicit OAuth authorization):

• Shop information (shop name, shop ID, shop policies)
• Listing data (titles, descriptions, tags, images, pricing, inventory)
• Shop sections, taxonomy categories, and shipping profiles
• Listing status (active, draft, inactive)

We do not access: buyer personal information, order payment data, or customer email addresses.

3. How We Use Your Data

Data is used exclusively to:

• Display your shop and listings within the LN OMS dashboard
• Allow you to create, update, and publish listings via our interface
• Synchronize product information from our database to your online shops
• Provide sync status logs and operational reports

We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

4. Data Storage

• OAuth tokens: Encrypted, stored in Supabase (secure cloud infrastructure)
• Shop identifiers: Shop codes/IDs linking your shops to the OMS
• Sync records: Mapping between our product database and marketplace listing IDs
• Operational logs: Sync history for debugging, retained for 30 days

No buyer data or sensitive personal information is ever stored.

5. Data Security

• Encrypted OAuth credentials (AES-256)
• HTTPS-only communication (TLS 1.2+)
• Cloudflare WAF and DDoS protection
• Role-based access control — only authorized shop owners access their data
• Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) enforced at database level

6. Third-Party Services

LN OMS integrates with the following third-party services:

• Etsy API — for marketplace listing management. Governed by Etsy's Privacy Policy
• Supabase — database and authentication. Governed by Supabase's Privacy Policy
• Google Drive API — read-only access to product images you own
• Cloudflare — CDN and security. Governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy

We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

You may revoke LN OMS access at any time by:

• Disconnecting the app from your marketplace account settings
• Emailing privacy@luxeclaw.com to request deletion of all stored data

All OAuth tokens and shop data will be removed within 7 days of a deletion request.

8. Children's Privacy

LN OMS is a business tool for adult shop owners. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
